Sunday Snippet: My Favorite Holiday Traditions!

Happy Sunday! I am back today with another holiday theme “Sunday Snippet” blog post!

One of my most requested blog post was a post all about my Christmas Traditions. Honestly I have so many different ones that I love doing each year! I love spending time with family and friends! This time of year is definitely my favorite! I love everything about it!

My town puts on a big Christmas lights festival every year! They put up tons of lights and it is always so much fun! Each year my family goes and it is definitely something we look forward to each year! If your town has any type of lights show I definitely recommend going!

Each year my family and I drive up to my grandparents house for Christmas break. These two weeks are some of my favorite each year! We always go ice skating and it is always so much fun!

I love this time of year for so many reasons but my favorite day of the entire season, actually of the entire year, is Christmas Eve. Christmas Eve is my favorite for many reasons. First off, it is when we can finally eat the Christmas Cookies my grandmother makes each year. She makes TONS and she doesn’t let them eat any of them until Christmas Eve! We also go to church each Christmas Eve and after the service we go back to my grandparents house and have dinner (which is my all time favorite for so many reasons). We also always watch The Night Before Christmas on my Grandfather’s movie projector from when we was a kid. It is something we all look forward to every year! The rest of the evening we just hang out as a family and it is always so fun!

One of the other traditions my family has every year is actually after Christmas. Each year on New Years Eve we make Gingerbread Houses because the sets are also majorly discounted. My siblings, cousins, and I always have so much fun decorating them, although they never really turn out like something you would find on Pinterest.

Thank you for reading! I hope you enjoyed this blog post and as always if you have any post requests please let me know!

The Perfect Stocking Stuffers!

Hello Everyone!

I am so excited about this blog post! I am going to be sharing some of my favorite stocking stuffers! PLUS my good blogger friend is also sharing her go to stocking stuffers on her blog today too! Make sure you go check out Morgan’s blog post here! She is so creative and I love all of her posts!

Stocking|Leggins|Necklace|Southern Girl Prep Bracelet|KJP Bracelet|Earrings|No Light Gel Nail Polish|Giftcards|Bath and Body Works|Monogram Baseball Hat

The most important part of stocking stuffers is obviously the stocking! My favorite stockings are from Jacob Wallace Designs! Rebecca, the owner of the the Etsy shop, makes the cutest Lilly Pulitzer inspired Christmas Stockings! She has so many different print options and you also have the option of whether or not you want your name on the stocking or your monogram! They are seriously so customizable! If you want to order one you can use the code MOLLY for 20% off and FREE SHIPPING!

I love the Jacob Wallace Designs Stockings! They are the perfect decoration during the holiday season! Thank you so much Rebecca for sending them to me!

One of my favorite things lately are baseball hats! I wear them a lot in the summer and it is always fun to have different ones to switch it up with! This one is from Marley Lilly but there are honestly so many different ADORABLE ones out there! I think baseball hats make great stocking stuffers for anyone because it is something they will use but maybe not something they will buy for themselves.

Going along with what I said earlier about getting someone something they will use but maybe not something they would buy for themselves, I think a good pair of leggings is a perfect present. Everyone wears leggings but they can get expensive. I love the Jadelynn Brooke Bow Back leggings so much! And I can promise you I am not just saying that because I am a rep for them. I have three pairs and I wear them a pair at least once a week (the probability that it is more than that most weeks is very likely). They are so comfortable and cute plus they aren’t too expensive compared to some of the other super nice leggings. The quality of these those are amazing! I can’t recommend them enough! You can use code MMPSA for 15% off your order! If you use my code make sure you contact me so I can send you free stickers!

I think jewelry is a great present to add to a stocking! I picked out some of my favorite pieces for this post! First up I have been loving this necklace from Peachy Pendants! I think anything graduation related is perfect for anyone graduating this December or in the spring! If you order something from Peachy Pendants you can use code MOLLYPREPS for 25% off your entire order! Another one of my favorite jewelry pieces right now is this bangle from Southern Girl Prep. It is very similar to an Alex and Ani bracelet. I think both bracelets make perfect stocking stuffers! I also love everything from Kiel James Patrick! All of their jewelry is absolutely stunning! Last but not least, these earrings from target have been my favorite lately and I highly recommend them!

Back in May I bought an Essie No Light Gel nail polish for Prom and I have been loving it! I want every color now! This nail polish is super easy to apply and it lasts for at least 2 weeks! It is worth every penny!

Gift Cards are a great gift if you just don’t know what to get someone! This way they can pick out what ever they want!

I think a good go to gift for anyone is something from Bath and Body Works. I don’t think anyone doesn’t like Bath and Body works and it is a simple and affordable gift!

Thank you so much for reading! I hope you enjoyed this blog post! As always if you have any post requests please let me know!

Happy Holidays!

20 Gifts Under $20

Today I am sharing 20 gifts for under $20. I asked you all on Instagram what type of items would would like to see and many of you wanted to know simple and cheap gifts for family and friends. I targeted this more towards girls because that was my most requested but if you would like to see any other “categories” definitely let me know!

For this post I tried my best to include a variety of different items at a variety

Statement Necklace|Makeup Brush Set|Earring Set|Wooden Monogram|Watch|                Monogram Ornament|Planner|Sweater|Nail Polish|Warm & Cozy Mug|Preppy Hat|      Vineyard Vines Socks|PaperMate Pens|Stickers|Cosmetic Bag|Wireless Headphones|Bow Socks|Jewelry Dish| Eye Shadow Palette|Candle

Makeup Brush Set: I think one of the best gifts you can get for someone is something they will use but something they wouldn’t typically buy for themselves. I think one of these things are nice makeup brushes. This set is very inexpensive but still great quality.

Earring Set: Throughout all my holiday posts this year you will see that I incorporated a lot of jewelry into them. Again I think this goes under the category of something someone would really like but not something they would typically buy themselves. This Marley Lilly earring set is interchangeable so you can change up how you style the earrings which is super unique!

Monogram Ornament: I think ornaments are a perfect gift for friends, Secret Santa gifts, teachers, or even co-workers. They are so simple yet so fun during the holidays! This adorable monogram one is from Peachy Pendants! If you want to save money on your order you can use code MollyPreps for 25% off your entire order!

Planner: This gift isn’t going to be for everyone because I know some people are super particular with what type of planner they want, some buy it well before the beginning of the year, and others just don’t use them. However, depending on who you are shopping for I think a planner would be a great gift especially because the start of the new year is quickly approaching!

Nail Polish: The Essie no light gel nail polish has been my go to for the year of 2017! It is so simple to apply and it lasts for at least 2 weeks! Plus compared to a regular gel manicure it is much more affordable!

Stickers: I love putting stickers on everything! I think that putting a couple little stickers together is a perfect gift for your friends! I love the stickers from MJFoery She is so creative and so talented!

Jewelry Dish: I got a jewelry dish for my birthday a couple years ago and I use it all the time! It was something I never thought I needed until I got one and now I use it everyday! Any girl who loves jewelry needs one!

Thank you all so much for reading! I hope you enjoyed this post! I tried my best to include a lot of different items that I thought you all would find helpful when trying to shop for family and friends. This post is obviously more targeted to girls but if you would like any other “categories” definitley let me know and I will try my best to put something together for you!

Happy Holidays!
